Upgrading From Version 2.0
There is no direct upgrade path from akkadian Global Directory version 2.0. to version 3.5 of Akkadian Contact Manager is only available as a Linux virtual appliance and is no longer supported on Windows.

Upgrade Process:

1. If you have an active maintenance contract, contact Akkadian Labs to obtain an Akkadian Contact Manager 3.5 license key.
2. Backup your aGD version 2.0 system.
3. If you wish to maintain the same IP address and server name, shutdown the server running aGD 2.0
4. Deploy aGD 3.5 as directed in the System Administration Guide
5. Apply the aGD 3.0 license key.
6. Restore the aGD 2.0 backup to the aGD 3.5 server.
