Tank Drain Valves |
- Use the provided drum pump to drain the process and weir tank as much as possible.
- To drain residual detergent, remove the front access panel, highlighted in green above.
- Connect a hose to the drain valve connected to the processing tank (left valve).
- Connect the other end of the hose to an external pump.
- Open the ball valve to begin draining the processing tank.
- Once the liquid has reached the bottom, use a squeegee to push the remaining liquid to the drain.
- Remove the right-rear access panel, highlighted in green below.
- Repeat steps 2-5 for the overflow tank (right valve).
