The DEMI 4100 is delivered with an industrial power cord. Use only the power cord supplied by PostProcess with the DEMI 4100. Based on the model number of the machine, connect the DEMI 4100 only to the power indicated in the table below.

Do not place the power cord in a location where it could come into contact with water or other liquid substances. It is recommended to keep the entire power cord suspended above the floor surface.
The DEMI 4100 utilizes power provided through an industrial power cable/connector located on the upper-left corner of the rear panel as shown in the image below.

The MASTER DISCONNECT SWITCH is located on the right access panel of the DEMI 4100. Before connecting or disconnecting the DEMI 4100 to power, ensure the MASTER DISCONNECT SWITCH is in the horizontal “O” or OFF position.
When the power cord is connected to the DEMI 4100 and plugged into a specified power outlet, turn the MASTER DISCONNECT SWITCH switch 90 degrees clockwise to the vertical “I” or ON position. The DEMI 4100 is now ready to be powered up.
