Consumables

!Only PostProcess approved consumables should be used in the DEMI 4100. Using third party consumables may void the warranty on the machine. Safety data sheets will be provided for all purchased consumables.

Detergent

	Wear laboratory-style protective glasses.
	When working with or near detergents, always wear protective gloves.

All detergents will be shipped from PostProcess in 55-gallon drums and pumped into the DEMI 4100 using a drum pump.

PostProcess offers a drum pump as an accessory. Contact your TBDM to order.

PLM-403-SUB
Typically used for removal of uncured Stereolithography (SLA) resin. Refer to the SDS for more information.

Handling and Disposal

The DEMI 4100 features a mechanical lift to assist with submerging full build trays. Plumbing for the DEMI 4100 is internal to the machine. A stainless steel tri-clamp fitting that adapts to 1/2 GHT thread is provided with every unit. Always dispose of used detergent in an approved hazardous material receptacle. Follow local guidelines for disposal.
