The process consists of the following:

Standard Install Library

  1. Download the installation package provided to you by the MIPAR support team.
  2. Install python 3.7,3.8 or 3.9
  3. Add python to Windows path
  4. Run MIPAR-API_v.x.x.x_InstallPack_Win.exe, allow the installer to finish until the command window disappears.
  5. Add a new system environment variable: miparAPI with value: <Path to the miparAPI folder in your Python Environment>

Activate Trial License

  1. Activate trial license.v2c file on the API system Link

Activate Local License

  1. Activate local license: Link

Activate Network License

  1. Install server side license manager Link
  2. Configure client side license manager on machine that will be running the API Link

Custom Install Library

  1. Request zip installer from MIPAR
  2. Extract zip and run setup.exe located in InstallPack\resources\MCR\
  3. Run haspdinst.exe located in InstallPack\resources\
  4. Install python 3.7,3.8,or 3.9
  5. Add python to Windows Path
  6. Open PowerShell in miparAPI folder located in InstallPack\miparAPI\
  7. Run command python setup.py install
  8. Add a new system environment variable: miparAPI' with value: <Path to the miparAPI folder in your Python Environment>
