We have introduced a new module in the QMS Settings (Admin) application, which works alongside the Supplier application, called Documents & Supplier Types. This module allows users to manage supplier types and their associated documents.

With this update, users now have the ability to:

  • Create, edit, and delete supplier types
    • Users can define and customize the list of supplier types based on the specific needs of their company.

  • Create, edit, and delete documents
    • Users can define and customize the list of documents that are relevant to supplier management.

  • Associate documents with supplier types
    • Users can link specific documents to each supplier type, creating a tailored list of required documents for each type of supplier requested by the company.
