4.2.1. Supplier Assessment Workflow

To improve upon the previous version, where suppliers were registered without a standardized process, we have introduced an efficient workflow for supplier management. Users can now request a new supplier for their company, initiating a comprehensive review, evaluation, and qualification process before final approval.

!During the evaluation process, if any requested documents are deemed missing or incomplete, a direct request will be sent to the supplier, prompting them to provide or complete the necessary documents.

To ensure ongoing performance monitoring and compliance, registered suppliers are also assigned scheduled reviews.
