Information about the change between two scheduling agreements (ATM schedule and supplier schedule) is displayed in the tab “Update” (Update management). The question of how to recognize the change between two scheduling agreements often arises for companies. It is rather difficult to answer since the framework conditions – under which the change is happening – are not defined. The change at the end of a scheduling agreement for instance is hardly of significant importance for most people.
Therefore, the following framework conditions are defined:
The time period of the scheduling agreement is divided into four sections:
The first three sections are important here. The interest in the changes dwindles for the fourth section. The length of each section can be set per partner purchase order.
Pertinent variables are defined: “Total change” (in a time period) and the “Change” at a specific moment.

Contains the total change at the end of the shipping section. Is determined automatically.
Shipping changing point (@IAG_PBS0.U_Vaztpv):
Contains the very first point in time (date) a change happened in the shipping period. If a change is happening in the shipping period, the partner purchase order status is set to “2 – Change shipping”.
Total change production (@IAG_PBS0.U_Gvaztp):
Contains the total change at the end of the production section. Is determined automatically.
Production changing point (@IAG_PBS0.U_Vaztpp):
Contains the very first point in time (date) a change happened in the production period. If a change is happening in the production period, the partner purchase order status is set to “3 – Change production”.
Total change purchase (@IAG_PBS0.U_Gvazte):
Contains the total change at the end of the purchase section. Is determined automatically.
Purchasing changing point (@IAG_PBS0.U_Vaztpe):
Contains the very first point in time (date) a change happened in the purchase period. If a change is happening in the purchase period, the partner purchase order status is set to “4 – Change purchase”.
