Licence types

In Automotive.One there are the following types of licences:

• Core – is the prerequisite for working with Automotive.One
• Sales – enables usage of the sales module
• Purchase – enables usage of the purchase module

Allocation

The allocation of licences takes place in coresuite’s administration. The administration can be reached through the menu [Administration – Add-ons – coresuite administration – Administration] . Now click on the tab ‘License management’ and choose a user. In the column ‘Use licence’ you can set the check marks where you need them for this user (in the picture below: the user ‘manager’ and all three available licences are selected)
Altered settings will be active on the next start of coresuite.
