Contracts Displaying

Revenue > Rate Code Management

Entering the hotel’s name you can display all the contracts in alphabetic order by rate code or contract code.

Reading the column in detail:

Rate is the code referred to the rate group linked to the contract. By clicking the button you can inversely order the codes.
Contract is the contract code. By clicking the button you can inversely order the codes.
Description is the contract description.
Str is the structure linked to the contract.
Interval grouping code of the slot linked to the contract.
Derivative section if it’s fill in it means that it’s a derivative contract.
  • From: derivation contract code
  • Debit: derivation debit code
  • Value: derivation value
Valid for section show for which form the contract is valid.
  • BOL: used only for Scrigno BOL
  • IDS: used with Scrigno interface with portals
  • SCR: used internally for Scrigno (necessary only if it has to be visible in Revenue management in reservation section in Scrigno)
Commisionable section
  • SI: indicate that the contract is subject to the evaluation of the commission on the basis of specified parameters
  • Cod. Bil, %, Value, Gross: indicated the set up parameters of the contract commission.
Gar indicate the warranty code linked to the contract.
Policy indicate the policy code linked to the contract.
For indicate that there are formulas attached to the contract.
Lg indicate that the contract is logically deleted.
