1.5.7. AFFILIATIONS Basic Table

Scrigno allows to keep track of all the ‘Tour Organiser’ agencies belonging to specific affiliation programmes.
To establish this, it is fundamental to operate on the basic table AFFILIATIONS and list all the circuits which we might come into contact with.

1. DESCRIBING THE AFFILIATIONS CONSIDERED OF INTEREST
   It is allowed to insert a maximum of 5 affiliation items.

• Click the button to insert data: define display and description order.

• At the end of the configuration, click the button or press the F10 key on your keyboard to save the entered data.

2. INSERTING THE CIRCUIT TYPES TO BE DISPLAYED FOR EACH AFFILIATION

• Click the button to list in the form on the left the different types of circuits to be displayed for each type of agency affiliation.
  For each one, it is compulsory to specify code, description, display order, affiliation and descriptive notes useful to operational, business and administrative aspects.

• Click the button or press the F10 key on your keyboard to save the setting.
