Children Slot

In the Children’s slot table are identified all the client’s categories in which we intend to apply automatic discounts or for which we have interest in tracking the hotel’s movement volume. These categories can be scheduled based on the age of the guest at the time of stay, or based on specific requirement that are not necessarily linked with registry factors.
This identification table is fundamental for the construction of automatic reductions/supplement formulas in price list, so we recommend specific attention with it: never delete or modify existing entries, and act only for implementations.

Enter in the children slot table following the indicated menu:

INSERTION OF A NEW AGE SLOT (CHILDREN’S CATEGORY SLOT – MAX 9)

1. In the children table point the indicator on the first line available.
2. Describe the age category intended.
3. Define with numbers the age range included.
4. Save the insertion by clicking the “save” button.
