Scrigno is a multi-property managing system; this means that a charge code is not necessarily available to all the hotels, nor that they have the same value in all the facilities that share the same platform.
For instance, the ‘Spa services split’ code might not be useful for all the hotels, or, it might have a different VAT rate for international hotel groups.

In these cases, a further step is necessary and it is integral part of the creation procedure of a charge code illustrated in the flow diagram at page Component or automatic charges.

We will illustrate only the screen fields that are useful for the topic here explained, neglecting those that are useful for other purposes or situations.

Tables > Charges > Charges

  1. Search for the charge
    Select the newly created record.
  1. Select the HOTELS Tab
  1. Select the needed facility
Place the cursor on the line corresponding to the hotel where you want to enable the display of the newly created code.
  1. Attach the code to the hotel
Tick the central column to attach the code to the hotel needed. Once this operation has been carried out, the system summarises on the right the details that had already been set up for the code in the ‘info’ tab by the user (for further information, see the previous paragraph Encoding a package component)
  1. Control the data proposed for the hotel/code selected
Verify again the basic characteristics that have been previously specified for the code in the ‘info’ tab and, if necessary, make the modifications to be applied to the selected hotel only.
  1. Confirm the operation
Click the button or press the F10 key.
