Package uninstallation fails due to ‘an error accessing network location’

An error accessing network location may occur when uninstalling the CT package.

Resolve the issue by trying the following two methods.

• Remove using Microsoft’s troubleshooter .
• Remove using an uninstallation program like Geek Uninstaller.
