Failure to open the database file occurs during project creation

When creating a CT project in Windows, the project creation may fail with the following error: [SQLITE_CANTOPEN] Unable to open the database file (unable to open database file). This error occurs when the path to the database file of the created project exceeds 260 characters.

You can retry project creation in the following methods:

1. Reduce the length of the project name.
2. Set the current workspace path to a shorter path and restart CT
3. If using Windows10 or earlier versions, follow Microsoft’s guidance to disable the Windows path limit.
