Cell Line Description:
- The Cellecta K562 MHC-HLA-A-02:01-Puro cell line is a K562 cell line that expresses HLA-A 0201 and is resistant to puromycin. This polyclonal line was enriched through puromycin selection.
- The Cellecta K562 MHC-HLA-A-02:01-BFP cell line is a K562 cell line that expresses HLA-A 0201 and TagBFP. This polyclonal line was enriched for BFP expression using FACS.

Application:
This cell line can be pulsed with specific peptides for coculture with Jurkat reporter cells (e.g. Cellecta Cat.# YJUR-TCMV-PBle). It can also be transduced to express a single peptide or peptide library.
