Cell Line Description:
The Cellecta Jurkat TCRa/b-Knockout NFAT-GFP reporter cell line is a Jurkat cell line in which its endogenous T-cell receptor was knocked out by CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing on both alpha and beta chains. It contains an NFAT-inducible GFP (TagGFP2) reporter system.

Application:
This cell line can be used for expressing any gene-specific TCR for target peptide testing or screening. Refer to Cell transduction and Peptide Pulsing protocol.
