Cell Line Description:
The Cellecta Jurkat CMV, EBV, or FLU TCR reporter cell line is a Jurkat cell line in which its endogenous T-cell receptor was knocked out and peptide-specific HLA-A 0201 restricted TCR is expressed. This cell line also contains an NFAT-inducible GFP reporter system. This polyclonal line was enriched through bleomycin selection.

Application:
This cell line can be used as a positive control in target peptide/mini gene testing or screening. Refer to coculture with APC protocol.
