5. Sorting T and B Cells

The scAIR Rev GSP Master Plates provided in the kit contain 50 µl per well of pre-aliquoted Hybridization buffer containing a mix of barcoded Reverse TCR (designed for alpha and beta) or BCR (designed for H, K, and L chains) C-region primers and barcoded Reverse GSPs designed for T cell or B cell subtyping/phenotyping marker mRNAs (for DriverMap scAIR Immunophenotyping Kit). The scAIR Rev GSP Master Plates contain enough reagents to prepare up to eight 96-well sorting PCR plates.
