  • Check the Celiveo Server Services IP address.
  • Check the Celiveo Server Services port number.
  • Check the Celiveo Server Services service status.
  • Check the response time of the server. If the response time is less than 20 seconds, an error message appears.
  • Check the compatibility between the version of the device and that of Celiveo Server Services.
