BDEx is designed to be accessible from almost any screen within SAP, using a standard button found towards the top left hand corner of the screen. This button will be present whenever there is customer-specific information being displayed, such as an installation (transaction ES32), a BPEM case (transaction EMMACL) and similar.
When this button is clicked, a menu will appear, including the option “View in BDEx”. Selecting this option will open the BDEx transaction for that customer.
