A new report has been added to allow customers to move earily recover from JIRA system downtime.
This report is called via transaction /n/BTI/INTTEG_RESET_ER and lists the failed entries during the period of JIRA downtime, and provide the facility to reset their number of retries counter so that the items can be picked up for Sending at the next run.
