MDM Miradore is the device management system that we use to provide additional services to some of our customers. For example it allows us to remotely add content such as applications.

If an MDM installation was purchased, we usually install it to the Yetitablet before it is delivered to our customers. However, there might be situations e.g. a factory reset, where the MDM needs to be installed again later.

These following steps are for installing MDM “Miradore”.

  • After doing a factory reset, a blue background with the option to select a language will appear. When you have selected the language, please continue by pressing “LET’S GO”.
  • Next, it will ask you for a sim card, which you have to skip. (If you have a sim card in your device, it will be skipped automatically. Please take note of the section 4G and SIM card use before inserting a SIM card into your device.)
  • Next please select “set up as new”.
  • Connect to our local and trusted Wi-Fi (If you have a sim card you may skip this step). Please note that some firewalls may prevent the installation process, a hotspot from a phone can assist here.
  • Once you have connected to Wi-Fi, you will be asked to sign into a google account. Please note that instead of using your own google account, please type “afw#miradore” in the Google account selection. This will give us access to your device and we can remotely install applications.
  • After entering “afw#miradore” to the Google account selection, you will be asked to download Miradore, which you then need to approve for installation.
  • Please accept the upcoming questions of Miradore.
  • Next Miradore will have a pop up asking for a Username and password. In order to continue, you will need to receive the username and password from KuoriOy personnel. This can only be provided by Kuori Oy personnel. (The format of the enrollment credentials will be approximately: Username: bgpy0000, Password: 4 digits)
  • Once you have inserted the username and password, click “enroll device”. We now have access to your device, and we can help you with certain problems remotely or install content, without being on-site.
