In this section, you will find Instrument Verification, which you can access by tapping the button. This will open a screen where you can scan the dispatch slip’s barcode to view its details.
If your smartphone’s camera is temporarily disabled, you can manually enter the dispatch number in the corresponding field and tap OK to access the details. (Fig.1)

On this screen, the user can view the main dispatch information, such as the dispatch number, sender, shipping responsible, destination area, date, and any associated observations.

Below, a list of the materials included in the dispatch is displayed. For each item, the following details are shown: material name, serial number, expected quantity, and current status. The user must review each item and record its status using the following options:

  • – Confirm that the material was received correctly and is ready to be sent to the Reception area.
  • – Indicate that the material was received but has issues that prevent acceptance (damage, errors, contamination, etc.).
  • – Indicate that the material was not received, even though it is listed in the dispatch.

After confirmation, the dispatch will appear on the Material Reception screen in the Bionova® Q Web Interface.

This interface provides clear and precise control over what was actually received, recording any discrepancies before generating the final dispatch slip. This traceability is key to maintaining the integrity of the process and avoiding future conflicts or misunderstandings. (Fig.2)
