Reinstalling the app to solve technical issues

Please note that this step will also remove any data related and stored in the app, like your favorite places or imported POI. You may therefore consider using the iCloud backup option in the Sygic app → Menu → Settings → Cloud service before reinstalling.

• Remove the Sygic app from your iPhone. Tap and hold on the icon of the Sygic app until it, and all the other app icons, start shaking.
• If you are using iOS 13 or newer, tap on Delete App.
• For iOS 12 or older, tap the “X” on the Sygic icon and press Delete to remove the app.
• Install Sygic GPS Navigation again directly from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/sygic-gps-navigation-maps/id585193266
