You can access the profile options by clicking on your username / photo in the upper right corner of the Monitor application.

Profile

On this screen you can:

  • edit your practice data
  • deactivate / change the two-factor authentication method
  • delete your profile

Two different two-factor authentication methods are available – via email or through an authentication application (such as Google Authenticator, Authy, Duo Mobile, 1Password, etc.).
