8 Support

The FMS application includes the Support tab. This Support tab provides you the options to get started with the application and also to give you a complete insight of the various functions of the application.

On the Support tab, you can find the following sub tabs. These sub tabs provides specific support information that you seek for the application.

• Video tutorials: On this tab, you can find various interactive video tutorials for various features and options of the FMS application. The video tutorials are categorized in different panels. These panels indicate the tabs available in the FMS application. You can simply click the thumbnail of the video that you want to play.
• User manual: On this tab, you can view the complete documentation or help of the FMS application. You can click any topic in the left pane and view the required information.
• API: On this tab, you can create an authentication token that you can use integrate the FMS application in to your environment.
• Report an error: On this panel, you can specify the details about an error occurred in any unit.
