Recipe Management

Recipes are used to save a combination of settings (agitation level, temperature, and time) for repeatable processing. The DEMI 930 was set up with standard recipe combinations during the installation process. In addition, a PostProcess Applications Engineer may have saved additional recipes to optimize processing for a specific application. Additional recipes can be saved, and existing recipes can be edited or replaced.

*Many times one recipe can be used to process a range of part geometries.

Saving a Recipe

1. Select the desired settings in the Setup screen.

2. Press the SAVE button to display the Recipe Save As screen.

3. Press any empty button to display the QWERTY keyboard prompt to enter a recipe name.

*To replace or edit an existing recipe, select the recipe name. This will prompt a confirmation to overwrite the existing data.

4. From the keyboard, press the ✔ button to save the recipe. To cancel, press the ⓧ button.

Using a Saved Recipe

As recipes are created, they can easily be retrieved for future use. Click on the FOLDER button to display the available recipes.

Once a recipe is selected, its name will appear in the bottom left corner of the Auto Setup Screen to confirm that the settings were imported.
