This action reboots the computer system and should return the touchscreen to normal operation. If this does not resolve the issue, contact PostProcess support.
- The internal passages of the part are not fully cleaned.
- If the internal passages of a particular printed part are not being fully cleaned during post-processing, there are a few steps that can be taken to improve the support removal process.
- Step 1) It is important for the detergents to reach the areas that need cleaning. When a part with deep channels or blind holes is being processed, try different agitation levels to ensure that the internal cavities of the part are being exposed to higher energy levels and detergent.
- Step 2) For the detergents to work properly, the surface area to be cleaned must be accessible to the detergent. Consider removing supports by hand for increased detergent accessibility.
- Water or liquids are leaking inside of or around the DEMI 910.
- During manufacturing, all the DEMI 910 plumbing fixtures were affixed and sealed using industrial-grade materials. If any of the plumbing connections, pipes, or hoses begin to leak, shut down the DEMI 910 and contact PostProcess Support for further instruction.
