The DEMI 910 is designed to be fully automatic and configured to remove resins from Carbon print technologies: The DEMI 910 is engineered to utilize an automated Submersed Vortex Cavitation system that is configurable based on a specific operational need.
The top side of the DEMI 910 houses the main processing tank. The part envelope is approximately 46 cm x 46 cm x 46 cm (18” x 18” x 18”) and is filled with detergent carefully selected to maximize a specific support removal need. When fully opened, the hinged doors will remain supported by the top platform to guide detergent back into the tank. Caution should be used when reaching into the tank.
To the left of the processing tank is the overflow tank where an operator can access the screen filter. For more information about cleaning and maintaining the filtration system for the DEMI 910 please see the Maintenance Operations section of this User Manual.
