Notes:

1) If you don’t already have an access key ID and secret pair, go to your user profile and generate a new pair.
It is recommended that you restrict that new access key ID to API-only.

2) If you didn’t store the integration name and integration ID, go to the channel integration page and retrieve the data:

Once completed

Provide the Account and Technical information in the above two tables securely to your mms implementation manager.

Once the above information is provided to mms, the implementation team will complete the following set-up steps:
• Provision the transport code(s)/sender ID(s) and continue the setup on mms platform
• Associate the transport code(s)/sender ID(s) with your NICE BYOC integration
• Create the BYOC Channel(s).
