To add objectives to the objective list, use the (+) button to the right of the objective table (1). Once added, you can manually enter a scale and choose calibration units (2).
Alternatively, choosing “Calibrate from Live” (3) will bring up a live preview of the camera inside the Calibration Window. After calibrating the scale, a new objective will be added to the list with this calibration automatically populated.
Additionally from this window, it is possible to save a backup of all the cameras (4). When restoring from backup (5), the user can choose to restore information for all the cameras or just the current one.
The Camera Setup window also displays information about any certification done to the microscope objectives, and allows the certifying entity to password-protect the objective list and calibration for a particular camera (6).
