Field Trip Name (Free Form Entry)
- Trip Name must begin with the school of origin initials MK or MH unless a NY or PH trip then the school of origin is placed after NY or PH.
- Trip Name appears in all emails, lists, and calendar and is searchable.
- Athletic trip must include sport, gender, and level.
- If trip has more than 1 vehicle needed, please put on this line: example NY MK MOMA – 2 buses
- New York City and the 5 Boroughs or Philadelphia trips should begin with NY or PH and then the school of origin. Upstate NY is not considered a NY trip.
