If you submit a request and then an edit needs to be made:

  1. Trips > Search Trips
  2. Enter Trip ID > Search
  3. Click on Trip Name > Trip History
  4. Identify who the trip is currently pending approval from and then contact them and ask that they reject the trip. Only when a trip is rejected can you make an edit to it. Otherwise it will not be routed for approval properly.

EXCEPTIONS: Athletic trips and field trip with a status of Scheduled. You cannot make a change to a scheduled trip, you must contact transportation and any other personnel who needs to be made aware.
