The MHRD bus drivers contract requires that drivers be assigned trips equitably so it counts the number of trips assigned to each driver.. The contract also allows for a driver to refuse a trip in which case they go to the bottom of the list as though they had received a trip. Finally, the contract requires employees to express interest in field trips based on three distinct lists, Weekday, Weekend and New York and Philadelphia. Trip Tracker allows the admin user to build lists, called pick lists, and develop rules for those lists that address availability. Drivers may add or remove their names from a pick list in September and February.
