THINKIFIC

*Checking if a customer has account *

1) Click on USERS on left side of screen

2) Type in name or email of customer

3) If customer doesn’t show when using email, use their name

4) If customer doesn’t appear when using name or email address, then check if they are in SHOPIFY

5) If you find customer in SHOPIFY, but not in THINKIFIC, Then you will need to go to SHOPIFY and do an account invite or resend account invite.

6) We rarely have to create an account in THINKIFIC for customers.

*Creating an account *

1) Click Users on left side of the scree

2) NEW USER in blue on right top screen

3) Fill in all the fields for CREATE NEW USER

4) Leave the USER CHOOSES THEIR OWN PASSWORD

5) Enroll user in the course(s) they purchased and click enroll

6) SAVE CHANGES.

*Enrolling a customer in a course *

Make sure the course is paid for in SHOPIFY before adding.

1) Click on USERS on left side of screen

2) Type in name or email of customer

3) If customer doesn’t show when using email, use their name

4) Click on Customers name in blue

5) Enroll ______ in- click on there and pick the correct course(s)

6) Click the Green ENROLL ______

*Un-enrolling a student *

1) Click on USERS on left side of screen

2) Type in name or email of the customer

3) If a customer doesn’t show when using email, use their name

4) Click on Customers name in blue

5) Find the Course and click the END ENROLLMENT button on right side

*Checking Students Progress in Course *

1) Click on USERS on left side of screen

2) Type in name or email of customer

3) If customer doesn’t show when using email, use their name

4) Click on Customers name in blue

5) You will see all the courses the Customer is enrolled in. It will also give you a number (%) that the customer has completed in the course.

6) In order to see what has been completed and when you will need to click on the ACTIVITY FEED button. You will be able to see what has been completed and what still needs to be completed.
