If you’re concerned about the safety of a child, Bright World Head Office want to hear from you.

  • Make a note of your information and call the police on 101 for a non-emergency report – or 999 if you believe the young person could be in immediate danger and is an emergency – and say you are concerned about possible CSE
  • If the child concerned is a Bright World student then please call our office number if between 09.00-17.30 Mon-Fri or call 01273836060 if out of hours to report what action you have taken.
  • Concerns can be reported to the DSL, Robbie Piper or Lana Foster on 01273 835735 or email robbie@brightworld.co.uk or lana@brightworld.co.uk or please call the out of hours emergency number to speak to the On Duty Manager on 01273 836060

In addition to the (non)emergency police numbers listed above, for a child in immediate danger the NSPCC can be contacted on 0808 800 5000.

To report information anonymously call Crimestoppers 24 hours a day 7 days a week on 0800 555 111 or complete the anonymous online form on the website (https://crimestoppers-uk.org/misc/contact-us/)

The NSPCC Whistleblowing advice line can be used for anyone (i.e. taxi drivers or travel company owners) who are concerned about how workplace child protection issues are being handled. The helpline provides free advice and support to those who want to raise concerns about child protection issues are being handled in their own or other organisations.
