This information relates to the safe usage of deltasine r3dback printers

  • Consider work area environment. Do not expose unit to rain. Do not use in wet or damp areas. Do not use in presence of flammable liquids or gasses
  • Keep other persons away. One operator at a time! Do not let persons, especially children, be involved in the work, touch the instrumentation or power cords, and keep them away from the work area.
  • Use the emergency stop button if something bad is going to happen or is happening.
  • This machine contains hot surfaces and very hot functional components which move around automatically. Surfaces remain hot for some time after the machine has been turned off. Keep hands away from hotends at all times
  • Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry, they can be caught in moving parts. Wear protective hair covering to contain long hair
  • Use protective equipment. Use safety glasses when removing parts. Ensure safety covers are on during operation.
  • Do not abuse the cords. Never yank cords to disconnect from sockets. Ensure all power is off at the wall before removing or attaching plugs.
  • Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, use common sense and do not operate the equipment while tired or intoxicated.
  • Have your equipment repaired by a qualified person. Repairs should only be carried out by qualified persons using original spare parts otherwise considerable danger may result to the user.
  • Always disconnect the plug from the socket before carrying out any work on the machine.
  • No not attempt to remove prints while printer is moving.
  • Keep hands, clothes, hair and jewelry away from moving parts.
  • Never place head in machine.
  • Before use, check the machine, cable and plug for any damage or material fatigue. Repairs should only be carried out by authorized service agents.
  • Ensure the machine is always stable and secure.
