Luggage
- One weekend bag for overnight excursions (if applicable)
- Do not bring more than two checked bags

- Passport
- Airline ticket/confirmation information
- Arrival instructions (what to do upon arrival, how to arrive to program housing)
- Housing information (address, phone number, map)
- USD ID card
- Drivers license
- ACE/EuropAssist ID card
- Photocopies of documents (passports, front and back of debit/credit cards)
Clothing
- Clothing for layering- tank tops, shirts, sweaters, pants, shorts, skirts
- General- socks, undergarments
- Comfortable walking shoes (note: high heels are not recommended)
- Flip-flops or slippers (in many countries it is not appropriate to walk around barefoot)
- Rain jacket
- Jacket or coat (depending on climate)
- Bathing suit (depending on climate)

- Workout attire (if desired)
- A nice outfit (this may be required for guest speakers or company visits)

- Laptop & Charger
- Smartphone from US such as iphone or Droid (many students use these devices on wifi to maintain communication)

- Hair dryer (please check with your study abroad advisor to verify if hair dryers are provided)
Academics
- Course textbook/reader (if applicable)
- Course materials (notebook, pens/pencils, etc.)

- Medications to last you the entire trip
- Copy of all prescriptions
- Vitamins
- Hand sanitizer/wipes
- Over the counter medications (Advil/Tylenol, Pepto Bismol, Cold & Flu medication)
- Mini first aid kit

- Purse with zipper to close
- Re-usable water bottle
- Hairdryer (you will need to use an adapter and converter)
