Resource Emails Listed When Selecting Approvers/Endorsers
To simplify the process of selecting approvers or endorsers, we have implemented a new feature that displays emails alongside resource names. This addition helps to mitigate any potential confusion that may arise from multiple users sharing identical names on certain servers. Now, users can easily differentiate and select the correct individual from the list.
Ability to Update Pending Endorsement Cycles
We have improved the endorsement cycle feature, allowing modifications to be made even after an object has undergone review by certain endorsers. For example, it is now possible to rearrange the order of endorsers, as well as add or delete endorsers at any point within the cycle.
New UI in Forms for Configuring Approval and Endorsement Cycles
The users interface of the forms for configuring approval and endorsement cycles has been enhanced, resulting in a more polished and refined design.
Additional Review Frequency Options in the Governance Module
Owing to the inclusion of additional review frequency options, the Governance module now offers enhanced flexibility in review cycles. These new options, spanning 18, 30, 48, and 60 months, provide users with greater choice and control over the scheduling of their object reviews.
