Packaging booking

The feature “Packaging booking” deducts the packaging material deposited in the goods issue through a goods issue. The packaging material is downloaded out of the partner sales order according to its definition. However, It can be edited in the goods issue beforehand. Only packaging material with the “inventory management” to “Yes” (J) is booked. The delivery note number, for which the packaging material was booked, is noted in the “goods issue” booking. If the packing pieces are entered successfully, the shipment status is set to “Package booked” (10).

!If it is a “ESP” process and the field “Storage location item transfer” is occupied, a goods receipt is booked for the packaging material to this storage location.
