The feature “approval” checks the goods issue for plausibility. If everything is in order, the goods issue is locked, so as to prohibit further editing.
The following plausibility checks are executed:
- sufficient inventory in the shipping storage location
- items with batches: does the delivery note quantity concur with the sum of all batches for this delivery note?
- is it possible to determine a valid price for the item. If yes, the individual price and the sum are determined and saved.
If all inquiries come back positive, the shipment status is set to “released” (04).
