Batches

The feature “Batches” allows to assign batches to a goods issue position. To reach it, right click on the goods issue position and choose “Batches”

*This menu point is avilable only if the goods issue position is managed by batches.

Note: This is only a preliminary picture of the batches window.

Several batches can be assigned to one goods issue position.

Delivery note number (@IAG_WAS8.U_Lsnr):
Contains the delivery note number which the batch is assigned to.

Delivery note position (@IAG_WAS8.U_Lsponr):
Contains the delivery note position which the batch is assigned to.

Batch number (@IAG_WAS8.U_Chanr):
Contains the chosen batch number. A batch number can be chosen through clicking in the field and pressing the TAB button. Then a selection window with all the valid batches for the item in the delivery note position appears.

Batch warehouse (@IAG_WAS8.U_chawhs):
Contains the storage location of the batch.

Quantity (@IAG_WAS8.U_chamng):
Contains the selected quantity of this batch. As soon as the selection is finished the not yet assigned quantity is displayed in the field “Remainder” in the bottom right corner.

Creation user (@IAG_WAS8.U_Anlusr):
Contains the user who created the the batch selection.

Creation date (@IAG_WAS8.U_Anldat):
Contains the creation date of the batch selection.

Creation time (@IAG_WAS8.U_Anlzet):
Contains the creation time of the batch selection.

Update user (@IAG_WAS8.U_Updusr):
Contains the last user to manipulate the batch selection.

Update date (@IAG_WAS8.U_Upddat):
Contains the date at which the batch selection was last manipulated.

Update time (@IAG_WAS8.U_Updzet):
Contains the time when the batch selection was last manipulated.
