A performance is configured for the sale of external Enta seats by inserting a fictitious seat in SEAT MAINTENANCE using specific seat details and settings.
Use the INSERT command in SEAT MAINTENANCE and enter seat data into the Add screen as follows:

House Price | Ensure the House Price (Face Value) is correct and amend if necessary |
Local Price | Either set a fixed local selling price or set the amount to variable according to business rules or requirements |
Sell thru Office | Specify an office or office group if required or leave blank to make external seats visible to all offices |
Venue Reference | A venue reference is not required |
The example above enables the sale of external seats for Thriller – Live on the 14 Jun 2013, for seats at a Cost price of £55.00
To enable other price bands for the same performance repeat the above steps as shown in the following example
If you want to enable other performances it is recommended to use the REPLICATE command. It is advisable to include Enta seating when setting up new booking periods.
