OTHER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:

  • Due to the Tunnel Tube system high efficiency, never leave a heated pot unattended.
  • Always setup your cooker away from any flammable items.
  • Never setup your cooker on combustible locations such as wood or plastic decks.
  • Always ensure cooker is setup on a level surface
  • Always setup your cooker a safe distance away from the propane/natural gas supply to avoid premature ignition that could result in serious injury.
  • Always use cooker in an open environment conducive with heating elements using propane or natural gas.

CAUTION: NEVER LIGHT YOUR POT BEFORE ADDING WATER or OIL!

  • Never start your High Performance Cooker without water or oil.
  • Activating a burner onto the bottom of a pot without water or oil will ruin your pot and potentially could burn a hole thru the bottom of the pot and could result in serious injuries.
  • Water (or oil) in the cooker is essential prior to lighting the burner. There must be water(or oil) in the bottom third of your cooker prior to lighting the burner.

CAUTION: NEVER OVERFILL YOUR POT WITH CONTENTS!

  • Always test the level of water/oil needed before lighting to prevent overflow when putting in food.
  • Overflow can result in serious injuries of burning of the skin.
  • Never place contents between the basket and the pot bottom. Too much content will block the natural boiling/frying process from the pot bottom which could cause the pot to overheat, and result in serious damage to your pot.

CAUTION: WHEN FRYING!

  • Never attempt to fry in a pot with a jet burner! Always fry your content using a banjo burner module. Frying with a jet burners could result in the oil becoming too hot, too quickly. Using a jet burner for frying could damage your cooker and potentially could burn the oil at the bottom of the pot during the heating process. A catastrophic failure like this as well as the burning of oil and food could occur and could result in serious injuries.
  • Never light you pot before adding oil. Activating the burner without oil will ruin your cooker and potentially could burn a hole through the cooker bottom resulting in serious injuries.
  • Always test the level of oil needed before lighting to prevent overflow when putting in food. Overflow can result in serious injuries of burning.

CAUTION: WHEN STEAMING!

  • Always ensure your cooker maintains at least 3 inches of water in your pot at all times. As a lack of water in your cooker could result in damage to your cooker and could result in serious injury.
  • Use caution when opening your cooker when steaming.
  • Always wear appropriate personal protection like heat resistant gloves when operating a steamer.
  • Always open your steamer slowly allowing the steam to dissipate by opening the cover slowly to avoid injury.
  • Always open your steamer from the rear to allow heat to dissipate away from the user.

HIGH PERFORMANCE COOKER LIGHTING PROCEDURE!

  • Never turn on your propane/natural gas before igniting your lighter.
  • Place your lit lighting tool near the burner keeping the user a safe distance away.
    Gradually open the gas regulator value to begin the release of propane/natural gas. If the
    burner does not light immediately, turn off the regulator to allow any gases in the area to
    dissipate. Repeat this step until the burner is lit.
  • Once the burner is lit, gradually increase your regulator to the desired power level.
  • You should always maintain a safe distance from your cooker to avoid contact with heat
    or hot burner parts that could result in serious injuries.
  • Due to the Tunnel Tube system high efficiency always operate your cooker only as directed
    above for many years of enjoyment.
