The protocol in this section describes the procedure to extract T- and B- Cell receptor repertoire from NGS data generated from the Cellecta DriverMap AIR profiling kit using MiXCR or Platforma computational tool.
MiXCR is the leading software used for immune repertoire data analysis. It is free for academic and non-profit use (see License). For commercial use, a license can be requested at MiLaboratories-Licensing Information or by email to licensing@milaboratories.com. Please refer to Appendix C for installing instructions.
There are also other open-source bioinformatic tools/frameworks used to analyze immune repertoires. Please refer to these papers for a comparison of these computational tools:
