Users involved in unreleased transports (Average)

The average number of users with transports that are unreleased on any selected date including sub-task users.

Calculates the average daily number of users with unreleased transports both with and without transport forms.
Counts the users involved at the transport parent and sub-task levels.As the subtask release date is not known, these are considered released with the main transport.

It doesn’t distinguish the case when the same users release transports every day or different ones do, and reports the average of the daily number
