Configuration

To alter the configuration settings for the metrics so they can be tailored for specific requirements use SAP transaction /BTR/MFW_CONFIG.

In here the relevant metric can be selected and the “Metric Parameters” option used to view and update the settings.

For example, for Metric “Approval time into QA – Average (Tasks)” the parameters are setup to be based on approvals:

• out of (ENDLOCATION = O)
• Development systems (ENDROLE = D)
  

If you wish to report this metric for approvals into QA the parameters would need to be set as:

• into (ENDLOCATION = I)
• QA systems (ENDROLE = Q).
  

Note that all configuration changes are written to an SAP transport request when saved.
