Approval time into PROD – Average (Transports)

The average amount of time in days it takes for transports to be approved for deployment into Production.

Start time: When a transport arrives at a Inbox (ENDLOCATION = ‘I’) in a Production target system (ENDROLE=P)
End time: When the approval has been processed

The figure displayed is the average of the actual times.

Note: To calculate other approval times, for example, the approval out of a QA system set ENDLOCATION=O and ENDROLE=Q
