Forwarding Transport Forms

It is possible to Forward a Transport Form to a new owner. This can be useful in the scenario where a particular Developer or Functional consultant leaves the organisation, and you want to reassign all their inflight Transports to somebody else within ActiveControl, so that the replacement user receives all notifications (such as Import Errors) going forward

Forwarding can be performed in the Windows GUI or Web UI.

Windows GUI

In the Windows GUI, is performed via the [Actions] dropdown.

Web UI

In the Web UI, Forwarding is performed on a Transport Selection screen ,via the [Forward Transport] option in the left hand panel.
